Yeah, its been too long since my last blog. I will do my best in 2012 to blog more often. So let's get to the good stuff. I'm in my 3rd week of a ChaLene Extreme/Insanity Hybrid. Its not that bad. I really like the mix of cardio and weight training. I'm also trying a new "lifestyle" change. I'm currently reading "The Beauty Detox Solution" by Kimberly Snyder. Since I'm currently a pescatarian (not sure if I spelled that right...lol), its not that hard to follow.
Okay, back to the workouts. I've started doing them at 5am to make sure I get them in. Its been a real struggle especially for this week. I have to confess that I have missed 2 days so far due to one thing or the other, but I will continue. I refuse to let a couple of days hinder my progress. I'll definitely get my workouts in for the rest of the week.
